Casa Carla in Samoëns invites you to discover the full richness of Italian cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with simple, delicious dishes.
First thing in the morning, treat yourself to a proper Italian-style start to the day with a crispy cornetto accompanied by a creamy cappuccino, to be enjoyed indoors or on the sunny terrace. Then let yourself be tempted by the house speciality: the traditional Focaccia Romana, generously topped with 100% Italian ingredients. Casa Carla is the perfect spot for a gourmet break with a touch of la dolce vita. Accompanied by a glass of Frizzantino, every tasting becomes an invitation to travel, where Italian traditions meet the Alpine art of living.
