A lifelong sports enthusiast, I’ve made physical activity a true way of life, blending well-being, self-improvement, and attentiveness to others. With a degree in Sports Sciences (STAPS), I’ve gained extensive experience in sports coaching over the years, working in individual coaching, group classes, and specific physical preparation.
My career has allowed me to work with a wide range of profiles, from fitness beginners to high-performance athletes, and including goals such as weight loss and muscle strengthening. In each session, I ensure that workouts are tailored to meet individual needs and abilities while fostering a positive, dynamic, and motivating atmosphere.
My commitment as a volunteer firefighter has also instilled in me a sharp sense of safety, composure, and group management in any situation. Trained in first aid, I always prioritise the physical and mental well-being of those I work with.
As a sports coach for the MGM Sérénité programme, I am dedicated to offering a premium sports experience, combining group classes, strength training, relaxation, and outdoor activities in an exceptional setting. My goal is to provide each client with a bespoke experience, balancing enjoyment, serenity, and performance, all while respecting their pace and individual preferences.
